How can I contact shipping carriers? (DHL, UPS, GLS)Updated a month ago

If your package has not been delivered as indicated or is marked as undeliverable, please contact the shipping provider directly for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, only end customers can contact the shipping providers. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to communicate directly with the shipping companies.

In particular, call the shipping providers in the following cases to receive your package quickly:

  • Your order is not delivered as indicated on the tracking
  • Your tracking is shown as “Undeliverable” or the postman simply does not deliver the package
  • The package was sent with an incorrect address
