My order was shipped with the wrong address. Can I correct it?Updated a month ago

Since your order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address on our part. In this case, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly to change the delivery address. The carrier will help you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can often select delivery to a parcel shop using your tracking link.

If the carrier is unable to make a change and delivery to a parcel shop is not possible, the package will be returned to our production facility after a few delivery attempts. We can then resend the package to your correct address.
