Your package may be classified as “undeliverable” for a number of reasons, including:

• The shipment is damaged before or during transport. In this case, we will notify you by email.
• The delivery address is not accessible due to incorrect information, missing details or delivery restrictions.
• The shipping label becomes unreadable during transport.
• The delivery agent makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts at your address. You may need to contact the delivery service to provide instructions for delivery.
• The recipient refuses to accept the package from the delivery agent.
