Why is my package returned to sender?Updated a month ago

Possible reasons for your package being returned to sender include:

  • Your delivery address is incorrect/incomplete.
  • The addressee refuses to accept the shipment.
  • The recipient has moved without providing a forwarding address.
  • Delivery was unsuccessful after several attempts.

A package that is returned to our production department can be sent to the customer again within 7 days of arrival at the warehouse. After this period, the goods will be destroyed.
